IMPORTANT!  Please read all information below before proceeding.

For the protection of the Original Creator of this room, we must verify that YOU are the rightful owner.
Remember - Only the Administrator (Room Creator) has the privilege of retrieving Passwords.

This is done in two quick steps.

     1. First we'll send the Originator the room's Admin Password and Guest Password.  (using
email address on file for that room)

     2. You'll need to retrieve email and  password(s) and attempt room entry again.

Note:  Sending such critical information by normal email is dangerous and may be insecure. It is however the only way that we may help you to retrieve your forgotten entry code.

After using this method of retrieval, we suggest that you consider immediately changing your Password(s)  to protect yourself against anyone who may have access to your email account (your boss, family members, friends, your IT department etc.)   You should DELETE password email ASAP.  Note that remnants of email stick around even after deletion, especially on backed up network systems, therefore changing the passwords may be the wisest course of action if the room's contents are sensitive.

Enter User ID
Enter Your Email Address

Note: If you never gave us your REAL EMAIL ADDRESS when you created the room, we will not be able to complete the above function successfully.

Note: If you DID NOT request a retrieval of your room's  passwords, it means that    someone else is attempting to find out information about your room.  This was probably done in error by someone who typed in the wrong User ID.  On the other hand, you might want to review who has access to your email account.

Note: We have added a security feature that will prevent ANYONE, even YOU from retrieving your Passwords.  While in the the Admin Settings for the room you may answer the question about Prevent Retrieving Passwords with a "YES".  This means you'll be totally responsible for remembering your own passwords because we can no longer help you.
