room into a Fee Based room where visitors are charged a fee to
enter.
Note: MPR does not provide a
means for the uploading or downloading of audio files (music). The company
has decided to stay far clear of that practice which tends to be abused
openly and frequently on the Internet.
By
providing a Fee Based room, tenants reap the rewards of having something that others would like
to experience or "have knowledge of". We work on a points system
which turns into cash and renters get the better end of a 60/40 split
(with the original developers of MPR). You can't beat that. The
site provides the tools and the space. You provide the creativity.

Okay, So What's A Concierge?
Concierges
are
Affiliates who typically control
one or more blocks of rooms located at this site. A block is equal to 50,
100, 200 or 500
rooms.
An attractive recurring income opportunity is available to those
with business skills and a desire to "finally" make some money off the
web. An even more exciting and potentially profitable opportunity
is offered to you when you take advantage of our concept called
"Captive Audience Marketing"
.
Concierge accounts are sold in blocks of 50 rooms. A "block" is
defined as a continuous and sequentially "ordered" number of rooms
(e.g. 1150,1151,1152,1153... etc.)
Note: Concierges
are required to occupy the Starting Room Number of a
purchased block of rooms. This is how we at MyPrivateRoom.com will know how to reach you and it will help you to
remember where your property is located. This requirement is
placed on you only upon EACH separate purchase. That means
that if you purchase 200 rooms at one time and your assigned
starting room number is 1400, then you only need to occupy room
number 1400. Of course you can occupy any other room(s) you wish
that are within your "block" . However the
lowest number of a "block" is considered to be the
Concierge's Suite.
Certain unique functions will be available to the Concierge while
he/she is visiting that room.
How does a
Concierge make money?
A Concierge makes money through two primary methods:
By renting the rooms (in their block of rooms) to
outside tenants
By selling products and/or services to their tenants
MyPrivateRoom.com is a robust
membership site. We offer Concierges amazing
discounts off of the normal fees that we charge customers who sign up for
membership directly. In fact the highest fee that we would charge a
Concierge is just a fraction of the cost (ie. $1.00) for a whole year
vs. a direct membership cost of up to $60.00 per year.
Yes you read the above correctly, but just to make
sure!!! A direct membership would cost our clients $5.00 per month or
$60.00 per year (when paid on a monthly basis), $40 per year when paid all at
once. Your Concierge privilege gives you the SAME ROOM for
ONLY $1.00 (for the whole year). That's $1.00 TOTAL, not per
month. That's One Dollar vs. $60.00 (to really drill the point home).
This tremendous discount gives you an opportunity to make
a wonderful recurring income when you fill your block of rooms with your own
tenants. You can even rent your rooms for a discounted amount to the
ultimate end user. For example, you could charge $25 or $30 to a new tenant
(for a yearly rental) and become a "hero" to the tenant because you
saved
them a nice sum of money (off the potential $60 per year).

The second option above is extremely interesting and has
also proven to be a real "Profit Maker". With this option the
Concierge (ie.
affiliate) :
Fills the room with people,who they know, that share a common interest (sports,politics,music,religion
etc.)
Normally they simply "give the space away" to a potential tenant who
meets the Concierge's criteria
Concierge then promotes and sells products to their "thankful" tenants
MyPrivateRoom knows that a Concierge or affiliate will always have
something for sale. Recognizing the fact that the Concierge pretty
much knows who he placed in the rooms (by demographics), he has a
wonderful opportunity to sell to those people via a facility that is
already built into each and every private room.
At the bottom of each
private room’s page is a “Live Promo Window” that acts as a
portal to the Concierge’s promotional material which in most cases will
be an actual web page.
Therefore a savvy
business person would want to take advantage of their “Captive
Audience” and promote items that may be of common interest to the
majority of people that make up that “block of rooms”.
A Concierge could
actually charge a rental fee AND sell
to that same group of people. The choice is theirs.
MPR does not ask for nor require any
commissions from sales made in this manner.
The Concierge has the
flexibility of changing the sales message as often as he wants and
therefore has 12 months to sell to his known “Captive Audience”.
You may notice that the "Live Promo Window" is
located at the bottom of the "virtual" room. We have found this
location to be less annoying than the traditional positioning of promo
material.
Seasoned marketers would argue the point that having a
placement of their ad at the top is a much more productive location but
their results are probably right for buyers who are only going to be exposed
to an ad for a few seconds (at most).
Our considerable experience with this issue shows an active
tenant visits their room often and having the less obtrusive bottom
positioning actually improves the results of your marketing efforts because
the tenants feel that "THEY" are making the buying decision versus having an
advertisement always forced upon them every time they enter their room.
